Return Eligibility
We have a 7-Day Easy Returns policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bxsie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned to us in a non-resale condition, it will be returned to you at your cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have(at your cost), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Final Sale Items
All sale and clearance items are final sale. No exchange or store credit is given. Flash sale promotions are final sale.
Wrong address
Mistakes happen, we get it! sometimes you put the wrong address and it gets returned back to us. What next? What will happen is if the post office can not deliver it because the address is incorrect or missing an apartment number they will return it to us. When that happens we will reach out to you to verify the address. Because we offer free shipping on orders you place through our website, if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a $5.00 reshipping fee will apply.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Priority Shipping
Priority shipping speeds up processing time but does not guarantee delivery timeframes once the package is with the carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
